Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery

Delivery is normally within 5-7 working days for stock items. Larger and heavy items are sent by pallet delivery service and for smaller items we use couriers such as DPD.

The cost of delivery is calculated on the weight and size of an item at checkout, however, if you wish  to buy multiple items then please contact us and we will work out the most efficient delivery.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday during working hours as standard. We update you with shipping and consigment details for tracking once the item is on its way.

For made-to-order items and bespoke pre-orders we have a lead time of 8-10 weeks from order to manufacture and delivery.

**Please note: Heavy or large items will be dispatched via a pallet service or van due to their weight and size and to protect them. Heavy goods deliveries are normally to doorstep, as couriers are not insured to bring an item into your property, however, drivers do assist at their discretion but we cannot demand that they do so. We will advise you of this when necessary and recommend you have some assistance at hand as needs be.

2. Delivery Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on size and weight of an item. Larger items will be pallet service.


3. Returns Policy

The warranty starts on the day following your receipt of the product. If there is a problem with your product please contact us as soon as you unpack the item, (attaching photos if possible), retain the packaging and box and we will always do our utmost to resolve any issue that may have arisen and are happy to assist.

The warranty does not include buttons on sofas or chairs as should they come loose, they are not associated to any manufacturing defect. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.

Should your product develop a fault within the first fourteen days of purchase you may return your goods for a full refund providing you return the item in the original packaging and same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

When you accept the goods from the courier:
a. Check the item(s) to ensure there are no visible marks or damage, as you are signing that you have received it in perfect condition and that you are satisfied with it.

b. If goods are damaged or unsatisfactory you should write the word 'damaged' or 'unsatisfactory' on the delivery note. If you cannot check the goods please write 'unchecked' on the delivery note. This is important, as if goods have been damaged in transit, and you sign for them, then we have no recourse to pursue a damages claim with the carrier and we have to deduct delivery cost from any refund.

c. Tell us in writing (via email is fine) about any damaged or unsatisfactory items within 7 days from the date of delivery and return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging for a refund of the purchase cost of the item(s). Returns is at customer cost. We do not uplift goods.

Please allow time for the item to return to us, to be inspected, and your refund will then be actioned and processed back to your account normally within 5 working days.
